Also just want to say McCain's rank was like 800 years ago and IQ (mental ability) sometimes increases with age (depending on how much a person practices critical thinking as they age).

Well, you might be an outlier, but I'm pretty sure there's a mass consensus among the rest of us that the way Hitler ran his nation is monstrously inept and puts his "high IQ" to absolute shame. The comparison I'm making is Obama's good grades (and McCain's bad grades for that matter) is irrelevant to whether he'll be able to run a nation properly or not.
