With less than two months to go, I'm excited about the prospect of our nation finally becoming a peace-loving country for once! I believe Barack Obama will usher in a new era of Socialist change that we can all believe in.

For example, I believe we will see a dramatic shift in our military's purpose. They will go from being extreme warriors in Iraq to being more "compassionate" in their service at home... like assisting in national emergencies, helping to register new voters, and keeping right wing protesters from getting out of hand.

I also believe we will soon have a government mandated FREE health care system that ALL Americans will participate in, which will be more fair and equitable for everyone.

And I believe we will see the minimum wage raised to $12 per hour and the MAXIMUM wage... yes, we need a MAXIMUM wage... will be capped at $99,500 per year. Nobody has any business earning outrageous salaries any more, especially when the real WORKING people are still slaves barely making $6.00 while trying to feed and clothe a family.

Last but certainly not least, we will see the emergence of the Fairness Doctrine, which will stop all the hate speech from right wingers.

Vote for Obama for Socialist CHANGE we can all believe in!

Next on the agenda should be banning eating meat. Meat consumption contributes more to global warming than fossil fuel consumption.

No I'm a liberal that believes in supply-side economics, believe it or not.

Concretely, I believe in shifting the capital formation process to the poor and middle classes, to limit concentration of wealth. I do not however believe in maximum (or for that matter minimum) wages.

Now how exactly do you propose shifting the capital formation process to the poor and middle class? To some extent this mechanism exists with financing. Just curious as to what you mean.

I propose making financial literacy part of the high school curriculum, and implementing a mandatory savings regime similar to Singapore's Central Provident Fund. Also, I propose that the first $100,000 of income saved or invested be deductible from income taxes, and an income-based subsidy program for capital investments and business start ups.
