We have yet to see how they will do in the debates, what the new trend is, and what surprises remain in store for the next 2 months. The states to watch: Nevada Colorado Minnesota Wisconsin Indiana Ohio Pennsylvania West Virginia Virginia New Hampshire Maine and Florida

A note...
In all the battleground states, the long term trends are in agreement with the current state with the exception of 2 states; Ohio and Virginia. They're both too close to call though the latest polls put them marginally in McCain's camp. Even with both these states McCain doesn't have enough EVs to win.
