Way to address the topic, Max. Nice job.

The only person currently in the running who I can honestly say has an impressive level of foreign policy experience is Joe Biden. McCain comes second... which is what makes his idealistic hawk stance all the more stunning.
Obama lacks experience but makes up for it with booksmarts on the subject and intellectual curiosity and the sense to appoint good cabinet members and choose a wiser person as his running mate... as opposed to the person who will be president if McCain wins and dies... It's not her lack of experience that scares me so much as her anti-intellectual attitudes and her proneness to accept idealist hawk stances. The scary thing about the modern day is that people without foreign policy experience cannot necessarily be assumed to have read on the subject... unlike in the past. Palin appears to have no interest in even studying up, quite content to rely on broad hawkish sentiments and equating energy policy to foreign policy. So perhaps Lot was right... She's really just voting for the ticket that has Biden on it.

And same to you, Max. What would we do on this forum without your infrequent visits to criticize other posters without ever adding anything of substance to the topic at hand?
Nice job.

Try telling a mom at home with kids that she's "unemployed".
