People get into college with a combination of grades, civic service, and extracurricular activities, as well as entrance essays.

They generally then use currency, usually United States Dollars, to pay for their education. When their on-hand currency is not enough, they take out loans or work to cover the deficit.

I'm saying there is some logic behind it, and why are you comparing every low income person to Obama? There's absolutely no logic in that, Obama's under a world microscope so they're going to double-check every suspicious little crevice they can. People didn't research and write this article just cause he's black as you apparently believe, that's an incredibly nefarious thing to suggest. The article is actually based on something completely different, they're claiming he was funded by a radical muslim activist in order to pay for his college, so simply taking the time to read the article will give ya a completely different perspective.
