Default What A Load Of Bull!!!

There's a story going around Alaska that Gov. Sarah Palin lives by the maxim that all politics is local - not to mention personal.

So when there was a vacancy at the top of the State Division of Agriculture, she appointed a high school classmate, Franci Havemeister, to the $95,000-a-year directorship. A former real estate agent, Ms. Havemeister cited her childhood love of cows as one of her qualifications for running the roughly $2 million agency.

Ms. Havemeister was one of at least five schoolmates Ms. Palin hired, often at salaries far exceeding their private sector wages.

McCain / Palin = more of the same corrupt cronyism and failed agencies as we have now.

If you like the shape our country is in, vote McCain / Palin, they will keep it going in the same direction.

Straight into the shi tter.

Dude SHUT UP!!!! YOU DONT HAVE A (*)(*)(*)(*) CLUE WHAT YOU ARE TALKING ABOUT! Alaska isn't New York. We don’t have dozens of High schools in the city.

Alaska's agricultural center is the Matsu Valley. Any agricultural commissioner is gong to be from the valley. For most people Sarah's age there were only 2 high schools in the Mastsu Valley, Palmer and Wasilla. THATS IT!!!!!! There is a 50/50 chance!

After having seen the 'qualifications' of Palin's appointees on a blog site, I have to say that it appears nepotism is alive and well in Alaska.

Given to choices she made for appointees, maybe Palin's judgment is so bad she really believes she is qualified to be the VP.

The issue isn't that they went to high school together. It's that she was appointed because she loves cows. That's her experience in agriculture. Loving cows.

Well said .... once again, we have people who don't have a clue trying to create garbage where it doesn't exist.
