Default Couric Stumps Palin

How is she gonna do in a crisis when KATIE (*)(*)(*)(*)ING COURIC can bamboozle her?

Quote:
COURIC: But he's been in Congress for 26 years. He's been chairman of the powerful Commerce Committee. And he has almost always sided with less regulation, not more.

PALIN: He's also known as the maverick, though. Taking shots from his own party, and certainly taking shots from the other party. Trying to get people to understand what he's been talking about — the need to reform government.

COURIC: I'm just going to ask you one more time, not to belabor the point. Specific examples in his 26 years of pushing for more regulation?

PALIN: I'll try to find you some, and I'll bring them to you.

That is so sad. I feel so sorry for this woman. She has basically committed political suicide by accepting this VP slot. I don't believe she will be able to get re-elected in Alaska once this election is over.

All this comming from a left wing radical blogger. Palin did a excellent job and answered the questions perfectly as Couric( Liberal Left Winger Feminazi)tried to do another Gibson Assassination Political Hit Job.

My gawd, she shouldn't be re-elected, she's a laughin' stock now.
No wonder the Repubs keep her muzzled.

You have got to be kidding:

quoteCOURIC: But he's been in Congress for 26 years.

/quote.

Now you claim that he has been talking about reform and that he is a Maverick, but when asked for a example of his reform, because she can't answer the question they are out to set her up.

Here is alittle advice, at least have some knowledge of someone's record before you start talking about it.

She is just am embarassment to the McCain campaign. She can't even answer a simple question. I guess she didn't have a script for that one.

Couric? Palin couldn't even handle the softballs Hannity threw her:
http://monkeycrash.com/2008/09/19/tr...ity-interview/

Quote:
HANNITY: There’s this — you know, you still have a very high approval rating, but there are people that still weren’t happy about it. How did you take on your own party, specifically? And do you think you’d be able to do that, as well, in Washington?

PALIN: Well, I just recognized that there — as John McCain talked about on the campaign trail, also — it doesn’t matter which party it is that is just kind of creating the good-old-boy network and the cronyism and allowing obsessive partisanship to get in the way of just doing what’s right for the people who are to be served. And I just recognized that it’s not just the other party. Sometimes it’s our own party that just starts taking advantage of the people.

And I felt compelled to do something about it, decided to run for office, got in there and with that mandate that I believe the people had just given me, via their vote, they expected the changes to take place, that reform. And we’re living up to that. And as we do, we are ruffling feathers.
Given a chance to quote specifics about her own record -- she can't.

She's vague and obviously talking based on her study sessions. Trying to basically remember what she has been told to say. Couric owned her. I can see why the McCain campaign is trying to get her out of the debate with Biden.
