Yeah, only after it became too big a story to avoid. What about the last 20 years? Forget that, what about Obama initially saying he could no more disavow Wright than he could an uncle? Then when the heat was turned up he threw the guy under the bus.

He is not fooling anyone. He attended that church for 20 years and was close with that pastor. The church honored Farrakhan and hands out Hamas literature in their lobby.
