What the left fails to see, or admit, is that Obama had a 20 year close relationship with his pastor and church. Wright married Obama, baptized his kids, and Obama named his book after Wrights sermon. This guy was a huge influence on Obama.

Your side finds a photo of McCain walking past some guy with a shady past and make wild connections. It's laughable.

Stop playing dumb. I'm sure you have heard of youtube. You can find the entire sermon, not just soundbites. In various clips Wright talks about whites inventing AIDS, insults Italians, etc.

What hogwash.

1. Being a vet does not give you a free pass to do or say whatever.

2. McCain is more than a war veteran, he was a POW for 5 years tortured and beaten by the enemey. His using of the word "gook" is a whole lot more acceptable than Wright making fun of Italians noses or accusing Whites of starting AIDS.

Anyone who would believe this kinda smear crap already was going to vote for the Republicans anyway, so it's irrelevant.
