Default The predigest white vot

If Obama loses this election it will be said by some that he lost because white voters did not want to vote on a black canadate. The trouble for those that will say this to only stir up trouble is this: All the white republicans who will have voted for McCain will have because they are voting along their party lines, not because they didn't want a black prez. So this would leave out the libs and the moderates that vote for McCain as a target to be called predigest because they must have voted against Obama because he's black. To make this accusation will be a big mistake, as it will alienate these voters from the democratic party in future elections. And even though it won't be the democrat party itself saying this, it will come from some major form of television media, which in itself is associated with the democratic party. I'm not saying this will happen, but it is a possability if 'Bama loses. Any thoughts?

Icon19 Quick question

Why is it that anybody Black that votes for Sen. Obama is only doing it because he is Black, but anybody White that does not vote for him is not doing it because he is Black but because they disagree with his policies.

Why the double standard?

I wasnt implying that.(at least that wasn't my goal, if it came off sounding that way) What i'm saying is that if Obama loses there WILL be those misguided voices saying he lost because people did not want to vote on a black canadate.

I am sure that some will vote against Sen Obama because he is black, I hope most will be politically motivated and not ignorant.

If Sen. Obama loses this election, it will be because John McCain's campaign organisation was better organised and therefore stronger then Sen. Obamas. I think Obama must do better then he did in the previous debate. I believe Sen. McCain had the advantage there. The upcoming V/P debate has a lot riding on it. Joe Biden must do well here, however my belief is Sarah Palin will mop the floor with him. It is going to be a tough campaign for both sides to win this election, but I give the advantage right now to the McCain Palin team.

Obama is getting like 98% of black voters. There will be some white racists who will not vote for Obama based on race but McCain is getting nowhere near 98% of the white vote.

I see this race issue very lopsided towards Obama supporters being more racist actually. This includes liberal white guilt reverse racism too. I still maintain a white candidate with his resume would have never made it past fringe candidate in the primaries.

I'm not trying to sound condescending, but how can you say that? I really am asking you a serious question here. How can you honestly think that when clearly, Obama has the momentum? Obama has gone up in the polls and McCain has gone down. All trends are showing shifts tword Obama. So...what makes you think McCain has the advantage?

African Americans vote overwhelmingly for (white) democrats.
The biggest difference in this election won't be the percentage of black people voting for Obama, it will be the turnout of black people - which is enthusiasm, not racism.

Democrats usually enjoy the majority of the black vote. This is fact. All of a sudden, this fact is deemed racist when a black candidate arises. That belief is incredibly stupid, and willingly neglectful of prior practice. Blacks didn't even support former blacks who've decided to run for President as much as they've supported Sen. Obama.

A lot of you make these "blacks are the real racists!" claims, but fail each time.
