You mean you didn't KNOW that before you turned on Fox News? Ever been to court before? You've never noticed that Judges have mandatory sentencing procedures they use, that was written by the State Legislature? I mean if we didn't have the state legislatures, we COULD ALL make up our own individual little laws to suit our own little purposes.

That's kind of why judges are there to enforce the law, not write it.

It was worse than that. After Florida was reviewing it's votes & registrations for the 2000 year. They found that there were part-time residents in Florida, that had also voted in their permanent resident of New York. They voted twice. In fact, 1100 individuals did that. 87% were democrats. They have all been charged with a Felony, & will lose their right to vote forever.

Now imagine knowing that. And Al Gore being the President today? This system has got to be cleaned up. There too many people out there, intent on comitting voter fraud, for one reason or another.

There has got to be better checks & balances in place, so that we can stop this from happening. And one way is definitely, not to loosen up, just for the convenience of the voter.

Unlike YOU, I have known this for quite some time. I have always had an understanding of how State Legislatures, election law & judges work. I have an advantage though. I'm educated.
