Default What Is it About Democrats?

What is it about Democrats? They have filed lawsuits in several states.......mostly swing states......to try and get Ralph Nader off the ballot. Now, this creates two problems. Not only is it against the spirit of America........the lawsuits have resulted in those states not even having their ballots printed and ready.....much less have the overseas ballots mailed out in time. And so....whose fault will it be that the military overseas ballots are late getting back here to be counted?

Democrats are purposefully trying to mess everything up. And it's a (*)(*)(*)(*)ed shame.

It's the same double standard that allows them to believe that Moveon.org is great, but the swiftboat vets should shut-up. That Dan Rather can say anything he wants, but the "Stolen Honor" movie should be stifled. If Nader was stealing votes from Bush, they would be yelling for ballot freedom.

I hope that all of our poll volunteers understand that the Democrats play dirty. IMO, The fraud by Democrats this year will be horrific. And they will try to hang it on us.

Default Problem is.....

Problem for Dems is this........they've probably p'd off the Nader voters. Now, they either won't vote....or just may vote for Bush to teach the Democrats a lesson. Wouldn't that be just some divine justice? Either way, I think it backfires on the Dems. Problem for all of us is that it delays things and is going to cause a big mess for the country. Of course.....the power-hungry Dems don't give two hoots about any of that.

I agree it is rather shameful. I wish nader didnt run, but if he wants to he should be given the chance to. But JP5, dont do what you always do and immediately blame all democrats for this. 99% of Democrats have nothing to do with this. Though I'll remind you, Republicans are doing the same thing to keep Nader on the ballot, so that he hurts Kerry (not for democracy as they would say).

Did Republicans sue to keep Perot off the ballot? I know that some people believe that he stole the election for the Democrats.

Default Republican effort

Didn't the GOP fund the drive to get Nader on the ballot in several states?

hmmmm

But I think it is fabulous the GOP has hired over 10,000 lawyers (the Dems too) to write advance briefs to challenge the vote. (no frivolous lawsuits here--no clogging of the courts or unnecessary expenditures-HA)

Some analysts believe the vote will not be official for months after the election.

Leave it to Bush to find a way to extend his term! LOL He does love his job!

Go King George II !

I can find many links to show that the DNC has hired 10,000 lawyers for election day. I can find no such link for the Republicans. Now that Ive seen this posted twice, I'm afraid that I have to ask you for the proof.

POLCOMGEN got this one right. JP5's statement is fallacious and duplicitous. The Republicans want Ralph Nader on the ticket for one and only one reason, pull votes from Kerry.

Come off it JP5 you could give a rat's !@#$%^&*() about "the spirit of America " when it comes to Kerry, the Democrats, or Nader. All you care care about is the Republican party and how to help it. If getting NADER on the ballet you will do it if it hurts Kerry, becuse that will help Bush.

Well many of us are Americans first and Democrats, Republicans,Independents or Naderites second, or fourt, or fifth. Don't give us this "spirit of America stuff when you only want to use for your own gains. That's duplicitous..............

f100,
Perhaps you can enlighten all of us on the reason the Democrats have for suing to keep Nader off the ballot?

BTW, the GOP hasn't hired 10,000 lawyers.

While you're at it, you can answer my question about Perot.

Default 'Splain please...

Someone please explain to me, and I'm not being sarcastic (for once), how Nader running for President steals from the Democrats and only them. What's to stop Republicans from voting for him?
