But Kenlay isn't using Rasmussen anymore. They don't agree with him. I'm sure the podunk university poll is showing kerry ahead.

Go figure the poll master flips out and finds another poll to contradict everything else seems to be all you do ken. Copy paste. (someone makes a argument against you) Oh ya well Heres this poll Copy paste. I mean don't get me wrong it is your right but its really funny as hell i laugh about it every time because i know you are going 2 step in with a different showing of numbers. Its like Clock work really Ken i say you change your name to the poll master. Maybe we should just buy you a trophy my Friend lol. Personally I don't really care 2 much about polls only time i ever used one to make a point is when it came to the service adn thats only because everyone was asking for one but for some reason no one could find one. IMO what you are going to see this year is the Harry Truman affect. I owuldn't be surprised if the papers claimed Kerry wins and Bush actually wins the thing. BTW Ken just for the record keep fightign the good fight i Mean I don't agree with you but you still put a smile on my face.

Truman 1952 (Korea) and Lyndon Johnson 1968 (Vietnam). In all fairness both decided not to run for re-election if memory serves me. That's what George W Bush should have done.

Name a president who lost the popular vote and was re-elected?
Name a president who won the popular vote against a taller opponent?

Why - it's dead heat according to Rasmussen poll 48%-46%, what's a big deal? And Rasmussen's job approval is included in composite realclearpolitics.com job approval but the average is still 48% approve and 48% disapprove. That's a disaster for Bush, time to panic.

Now regarding registered vs likely voters: likely voters vote in almost every election. Registered voters don't but they do occasionally vote. All indications are THEY ARE GOING TO VOTE THIS YEAR

Bush job approval according to realclearpolitics.com

Apporve Disapprove
49% 49% Time 10/14 - 10/15
43% 48% CBS News 10/9 - 10/11
47% 49% CNN/USA Today/Gallup 10/9 - 10/10
46% 53% AP/Ipsos 10/4 - 10/6
47% 48% Newsweek 10/14-10/15
53% 46% Rasmussen 10/13 - 10/15

I can easily remind you of Al Gore being 4-8% behind in polls one week before the election and still winning the popular vote and almost winning the presidency.

Remind me again who was reelected with job approval below 50%? I am waiting.
