Actually..not a single candidate really has an energy plan. And a "hope" does not qualify as a plan.

The only viable energy plan on the table is that of T. Boone Pickens, whom both political parties are turning to. This plan of course, is a formulated plan in presentation form, backed in a large part by his own finances.

Saying Sarah Palins strong suite is energy is like saying George W. Bushes strong suite is economics.
