Yup. Only those wearing the rosy colored Republican glasses can help neo-cons actually believe the crap McCain is shoveling. I think even McCain is wearing them.

McCain has spent five months attacking and smearing Senator Obama. For those five months, Obama has led McCain in the daily Gallup Poll for 95% of the time. There's nothing really left to talk about, and McCain is making that PAINFULLY obvious now.

I'm enjoying watching his downward spiral. He deserves every branch he hits whlie falling out of the integrity tree.

It's a pretty risky tactic for the maverick and the delicate little princess though, because they both have so many skeletons in their closets, from Keating Five to Troopergate.

And don't think the opposition is going to ignore McCain's descent into the sewer. They learned from Kerry's mistakes with the swiftboaters not to take these kinds of filthy campaign tactics lightly.

The Obama campaign has yet to grow a backbone to defend their candidate against these attacks. There is so many issues to respond to these attacks made by McCain, one would wonder why his campaign has not already done this. The new ads will attack Obama on his loyality and trustworthiness. The Obama camp must adaquately respond to this and counter attack. If they are not effective, well then, it is their campaign to lose.

It would be a mistake to overestimate the intelligence of the average undecided voter at this time. Most of them aren't paying any attention to the race, save what the old media shovels out, so if they are imbibing that poison and are still undecided, a few well placed shots on Obama may work.

Ayers is key. He's worth a 5% downdraft if/when everyone gets the McCain message on this. There really is no counter that will work.

Rezko and Chicago are worth another 2-3%. Again, there's no counter for this. And the silence and scapegoating of the old media is all that's kept it from redounding to McCains benefit.

Palin will lead the charge. She will not get coverage because of the overwhelming bias but it's a start. And it may be the only cards they can play.

Personally, I don't see how anyone could vote for any candidate that associated with Ayers. It's such a deal breaker. But I understand many of you have either been radical bombers yourselves or have found some rationalization for it.

The Obama campaign has no defense unless they lie. The sad thing about all this is that the libs don't even recognize the lies that Obama and Biden spew. Heck, Biden was debating in what can only be described as an alternative universe with all the complete inaccurate information he spewed from what the Constitution says to Hezbollah being kicked out of Lebanon to saying John McCain voted with Obama on raising taxes on those making $42,000 a year. All completely made up and those are just the ones that come to the top of my head. One would be hard pressed to stumble upon a response from Biden in that debate that was well grounded in realitiy.

Obama doesn't have to go on attack. The American voters have the backbone to let McCain know how distasteful he is. America knows it. Obama knows it. I know it. And you should know it.

The best thing Obama can do is not stoop to McCains level.

Your extremeism reveals the real childishness in yourself. But, of course, I guess there is no alternative for anyone trying in the final acts of desperation to rationalize Sarah Palin as a credible choice for VP. McCain made his choice for VP. The entire viewing world got to judge the choice for themselves. Biden won. Palin lost. McCain made a bad choice. End-of-story.
