Well, Mr. Kerry.....not going to church on Sundays....but suddenly attending after you are in a presidential campaign, and then making sure it's only in predominately all-black churches so you can pander for votes, isn't the whole deal either. In fact, it's what regular church-goers call "being a hypocrite."

And then on top of it, making fun of someone else's faith....someone who has been a faithful follower all along! Shame on you.

Sorry, Printer....but Kerry's a big hypocrite. He doesn't attend church regularly.......except during an election....and then makes sure it's in black churches as he panders for votes. And then to have the audacity to stand at that pulpit and ctiticize someone else's faith.........it's unforgivable. He thinks they are all dumb. He thinks they are too stupid to see him for what he is. The black church community has seen first hand what President Bush has done for them and for the underprivileged in this country....with his Faith-Based program. There is a reason they are not very fond of Kerry. He's a first class hypocrite. Oh yeah....the vast majority will still vote Democrat....but it won't be as many as usual. Bush has doubled his support among black voters.....from 9% in 2000 to 18% this year. Just as he's increased his support among women voters.

5 weeks straight in black churches for Kerry is one thing. But he could at least refrain from condemning someone else's faith in the process. And that's what I am saying.....

Some find God in the polls ( maybe Ken has soem figuress on that) , Kerry is pandering to the Black voters in Black churches. Bush is pandering to the "Cuban" Americanos; W spoke some Spainishski talk to them. WOW ! yeh like Bush speaks Spainish often right !!

Look pandering to the minority groups and immigrant anti -Communist groups ( eg Cubans) is as old as the hills. I am form an imigrant minority group whose home country was invaded/taken over by Communist (Russians specifically). During the cold war both political parites came to our community centers and churches and told us that "You xxxxxxxxxians are braves fighters for freedom. We will fight Communisn with you. blah blah blah My group bought into the Republican line and voted >70% republican.

It works for a while. So politicians pander.

Uhh Bush is a "born again Christian"......as in he found Jesus after he stopped chillin with Jim Beam. He hasnt been a faithful follower his whole life. Its just like people in prison, they dont want to go to Hell so they accept Christianity. Thats what draws people in. People want to go to heaven. If the rules of the Bible were actually enforced, and only people who followed all the rules were saved, there would probably only be a couple thousand people out of the human population going to heaven.

Whatever the case is, JP5, all politicians do what Kerry does to one degree or another, some more and some less, but they all do it. Every politician in every election does stuff he wouldnt otherwise to get votes. You're putting Kerry on the spot as if he's the only one.

And so what, this is how you reach out to voters. he gets to better know the voters to go where they go, blakc churches. He'd go to a synogogue if they were jews, mexican restaurant if they were hispanics.

Of course they are.....theyre politicians. They will say anything to get into office and then do less than half of what they said they would do. This has been going on since the inception of our way of government. Nothing new. Just like flip flopping......EVERYONE DOES IT.....people pander to what their constituents and lobbyists want done, and if something changes, they will change sides ina nanosecond. Anyone who thinks that there is only one person does this is a DUNCE. That is why all you people who accused Kerry as a flip flopper are so dense. You cant process the fact that every politician does it. Thats the genius of Karl Rove, he points a finger at his enemy accusing him of things everyone does, and then bainwashed MORONS follow it and rabidly follow everything they say.
