KLang is right, Kerry was a terrible candidate.

Kerry was clearly the brighter of the two, and with a Republican Congress, he was clearly the less dangerous of the two, but the American people clearly liked Bush better.

I would have said "most" but you were close enough.

We should institute tests for people who want to vote. To vote, they need to score at least 100 on an IQ test and they need to pass a "current events" test to show that they have a basic grasp on the issues confronting the country.

I'm pretty sure the Tuesday/Wednesday thing is just a joke that has been around for years. Kerry using this to try to make his case? Dumb.

I agree though if anyone were to actually fall for it they don't deserve to vote.

It seems to me Bush didn't come out of the campaign unscathed. Sure he didn't have a 20 year public service record, and being in the visible political process for 30 years. So it was hard to find any dirt on him. Nor did he have to prove anything as he could rely on what Daddy did.

I heard Bush described as a premature lame-duck president, he sure is that!
