Marine overcapacity is increasing at a vicious rate. Only about 2 000 supertrawlers can catch as much as the millions of fishing ships worldwide in one year. These numbers are ridiculous. I have proposed a plan to decrease marine overcapacity while increasing protection of other marine natural resources. Reply for more info.

I will commend anyone when it comes to taking action for the environment. I am sorry to hear that the marines are causing problems with the ecosystem. A lot of things cause problems. I am concerned about this whole situation, but at least it is the marines who are fighting for our rights. not some utility company that is dumping more and more mercury into the water just so that the fat, greasy CEOs stock can go up 2 points because they are increasing production. I hate paying my gas and electric bills because i know that most of the money is going to supporting these fat bastards and they continue to cut jobs for real working americans so that they can make a profit.
