Like I said, go to NOAA's website and put 1997, 98 or 99 and it STILL Shows a downward Trend, Here we go with the PREDICTIONS, if that were to be believed we would be at 2 degrees warmer than 100 years ago by now. Instead, the last 2 years alone have erased all the warming we've had over the past 30 years.

Although that figure is at best an estimate, it is supported by other convincing data. When Climatologist George J. Oh, you prefer the propaganda of NoSocialism and Peabody WHO use a straight line relationship through the 1890 to 2000 data to obtain a temperature increase of 0.09F per decade???

They do this because they know that the relationship is not a simple linear rlationship over this time period and that the first 70 years dampens what has been happening over the past 40 years.

Currently if the 0.2degC per decade continues over the next 100 years then we are looking at a 2 degC increase - MINIMUM.

Thats if we maintain the CO2 levels at the present values - WHICH IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN.

But if you dont like 5degC increase then choose the middle value. Still stuffed!

Look at the graph below. There are several such valeys and peaks. Are you worried about the big PEAK which is building up right now?

Notice how the global warming nut jobs get more desperate by the day (see my post above), you can tell by the fever pitch of their attacks. The Carbon Emissions Stocks are tanking badly, why wouldn't they be desperate. They're looking at serving tourists Clam Chowder and Ice Tea dressed like a Pirate well into their old age because they bet on the grey horse.... AAAARRRRRR matey!

They are soooo desperate to make their cap and trade system work, but alas it's failing and the fear and desperation is oozing from their pores and their keyboards. Like mice in a wheel they run and run to convince people of their point of view, but the con job is falling apart.

Most people know a swindle when they see it, but there will always be suckers who swallow the bait hook, line and sinker!

It was over the minute they exempted China, Russia and India just to get them to sign, none of them have any intention of complying. This was done to try to make the U.S. look bad by being the only ones not joining. But that strategy was destine to blow up in their faces as soon as Japan, Spain and Italy had to buy $11 Billion in carbon credits from some of the worst polluters on the planet. What I can't believe is they thought the developed nations would sit still for that. We aren't the "developed" nations because were stupid, we know when out collective pockets are being picked. I can't wait for the green chip investors take a bath for what they tried. Take my advice sell those carbon trading stocks NOW, in six months they'll be good for cutting into 4 inch squares and placing by the commode, just in case you run out of regular paper.
