No link to this report? You have to provide a proof which is published in a peer reviewed article, not Wiki. That is not proof. Math is the language of nature and is used in every predictive model in science. It's how we predict everything with the accuracy we do, from trajectories of satellites to making the computer you're typing on work.

We predict weather on large scales extraordinarily effectively given its complexity. Small scale changes need not even be considered.
