Iranians Broker Iraq Cease-Fire Between Warring Shi’ites

“Iranian officials helped broker a cease-fire agreement Sunday between Iraq's government and radical Shiite cleric Muqtada al-Sadr, according to Iraqi lawmakers.”

WHAT??????????????? The Iranians facilitated a cease-fire in Iraq? Clearly, warmongering Tehran must be targeted for regime change...

Default Oh, man.

I really hope that doesn't turn out to be true. I mean, the cease-fire is great, but if Iran ends up getting the credit, that will really be a problem.

Actually Iran has had three rounds of talks about Iraq's state security with the US. So if Iran is helping handling a cease-fire after the trip of two Iraqi MPs to Tehran, it shouldn't seem wonderful. To be honest a stabilized Iraq could be advantageous for Iran, for everybody. Just see our borders with Iraq. It's in fact so wide and controlling it can be so hard. It's not actually good to put the name of Iran beside Al-Qaeda or Taliban. Let's compare their religion with Shiite Islam. They are all supported by the Saudi Arabia's government, why doesn't anyone murmur about Saudi government?!!! Since the American and westerners' allies in the region are among the most dictator countries all over the world?!!!! I don't want to justify any of Iranian actions either. Just to be somehow neutral. I can even say that a destabilized Iraq can be under Iran's advantage! You know if Iran didn't help Shiites in Iraq, after easily occupying Iraq, it would be Iran's turn; no Iranian would encourage the US to occupy our country or even to interfere in Iranian interior affairs. So destabilizing Iraq might be a wise action. In my opinion, it's good to criticize the American actions next to Iranian's, and to mention the good news about Iran either. E.g. have you ever watched Euronews Meteo programme? They never show an Iranian city weather. Also if you have ever used the Google earth, it has been written Arabian Gulf there and when you zoom in more, the term "Persian Gulf" will be shown next to it. Actually Arabian Gulf exists in no part of the world. But interestingly when the subject is to talk about the oil and trade, the Gulf's name is Arabian Gulf, on the other hand when it's about the war; the Gulf's name is Persian Gulf! Like saying Persian Gulf War! Let's change some poisoned comments to neutral ones. Thanks
