This doesn't exist outside of my own philosophy yet, but I believe in Arcadian politics. It can be applied in ANY type of government, from Democracy to Republic to Monarchy. What Arcadian politics mean, is: the politicians do what they say they will, they work for the community and they work to bring the community together. So basically, policies out in the open, plans for the future out in the open and try to bring everyone together for voting, holidays and more.
