Just a thought
I know it wouldn't be fair to ban members whose opinions may be viewed as insulting or degrading, but would it be at all possible to make an ignore option for this site? There are a small number of members here whose opinions I'd rather not be subjected to.

This forum software is heavily based on phpBB (as it says on the bottom) and phpBB is the largest used-forum on the internet...meaning it has a crapload of mods.
 A warning system is one of those, but since this is not straight-forward phpBB I don't know if any of the warning mods would work or not. (I think it would) Would be pretty easy to do as well.

Sorry I had the word "warning" on the brain, I meant an ignore mod. (where you can add people to ignore, you wont see there posts or topics)

If we had an IGNORE feature, the partisans would abuse it and the long arguments would involve even less interaction and more repitition of the same garbage...
Of course, I could ignore them... But then I'd miss a lot of good laughs.

Personally...
I would like to be able to block private messages from certain parties. They just clutter up my e-mail inbox.
