You must specify a subject when posting a reply? Why?
Why in the world does one need to specify a subject when posting a REPLY? It's a reply--the subject has already been set.

I think every poster who has ever posted here has made the exact same complaint. The answer is "because that's the way it is." Most of us just type a period or some gibberish in the subject field and move on.
