Random news box added to the top of each Forum category page (pages with the links to threads). Does anyone think this should be added to other site pages as well?

Yay, positive feedback! That thing took me a long time. Cuz I'm not some tech wizard... sigh.

What is the me too in regards to? Putting random news on other pages? Liking it?

I like the random news. I think putting it at the top of forum category pages is great. I can't think of any other good places to put it.

There is a possibility of adding an email gateway, so users can receive posts via email and reply via email. Personally, I have my doubts about this one, but I would definitely try it out if there is interest.

Adding a spell checker seems rather difficult at this point, and there are other good alternatives like Google Toolbar and Firefox addons.

I would like to add something that allows quizzes and/or more advanced surveys. Also trivia. But I haven't found solutions for these at the moment.

Possibly going to make it so that new users cannot have signatures, until they've made 10 posts, and that they can't have a website link in their profile yet.

Lots of other possibilities. Suggestions are welcome.

Would it be possible to make a permanent, bookmarkable link of Today's Posts? I tried book marking it after I clicked on it in the Quick Links section but it seems to reset after new posts are added and was worthless. I find it annoying jumping through all the different forums and this would add a valuable time saving option to your forum.
