Let's repeat for the 100th time. Post threads in their appropriate forum. There is a forum called elections. This forum is not it. Additionally, do not post dozens of threads with 1-2 lines and no links. Current events should have links except in very rare instances. A sentence or two of commentary should be included as well. If you do not follow these simple rules then the threads will be moved to their appropriate forum. In the case of your dozens of threads with one sentence, that would be the "political opinions" board. That would make me the commie.

If you look through the threads on the current events forum you will notice that pretty much every single one has a link in it. In fact most threads on all forums have links to start a thread, but current events in particular as is breaking news.

If you are going to post about the Latest News you pretty much need a link. Same with Current Events unless it's something obvious like Obama winning South Carolina or some such thing. If you are merely offering an opinion or a philosophy or something, just put it in the right thread.

Most sites have a topic that gets 90 percent of the action, So I would be a little less picky and try to increase volume of posts

The idea is to start conversations. When your topics get little or no replies, you are bound to think participation is low. Put some meat into you topic when you start a thread.

Are run here like the Bush administration was and is run. Check the latest popularity of the guys in the White House and then check the viewer count on this forum. To be effective ALL contributors to the forum should be welcomed, as it is if you are against the GOP mods, you are either an idiot or a liberal. Same spin like in the past, if you were against the war you were unpatriotic. THAT IS OLD/ The GOP is in very serious trouble BECAUSE of their actions.
