Hello, is there some way that pressing "Quote", replying to someone else's post, the text of the people they've quoted is shown too?
for instance:

If I wanted to quote ForumUser1, I would only get what he said, not what Newbie said. This is what I would get by quoting ForumUser1:

In complicated debates, it would be easier if quotes from other people were automatically inserted too. This would be particularly useful when replying to a rebuttal. Most other forums have this feature. Does this forum have it? (I've already looked through the options page)
Thanks.

Default Not sure if this helps...

If this could be automated... I don't know if that's possible with this forum's software as that's an admin question to answer for you.

However, it's possible if you opt for the WYSIWYG (What you see is what you get) option in your preferences. This allows you to edit your replies and other quote functions.

The only problem is, you have to be pretty good at knowing how to manipulate code and tags to get it to do what you want.

Ok I'm against this. That's how it works on many forums. Most actually. And in most cases I like it. But when arguments get elaborate and heated (which they usually do here), you end up with horribly long and convoluted posts.

Here lemmi check.... yeah another forum I'm on fairly recently dropped an extended series of posts over 1,500 words long.

I'm guessing Sadistic Saviour alone would break the board in no time.

You can of course do it manually if you really want to.
