I can use the term whinging if that makes you feel better.

I think I am calling on the board members to act like adults who value this forum. If you see an offending post, report it. Don't break forum rules because of a post you consider trolling, and then come here and (*)(*)(*)(*)(*) about how the moderating sucks. If you report a post, more than one mod is going to see the post and have a chance to respond, versus taking the chance that none will. Just because there are mods here doesn't give posters an excuse to act like unruly children who don't have control of their own behavior. If you see words that offend you, most adults are capable of still responding like adults, rather than losing all emotional control and objectivity.

For the record, Lackluster, I wasn't responding only to you. There is an entire thread of whining. Calling another member a troll is a personal insult. End of story.
