Humor always gets a lot of rep. I have no way of knowing, but I imagine some of Billybob's non-racist funnies have earned him many of those points. Also, the number 21 actually includes negative rep. Saying every other post is racist and making assumptions about other posters based on his rep is disingenuous and wrong.
