Is there a process to appeal a warning for cussing or other infractions available to the membership and if there is, is PWI (posting while under the influence) a circumstance that would qualify an appeal?

Exactly. The only reason members get warnings is because they've broken the rules. Don't break the rules and you won't get warnings.

If your gonna cause trouble do it with style. Make a horrible graphic comment or post wierd porno or tell the mods you had sex with there mothers.. you know classy stuff! Mods love banning people the new ones need all the practise they can get.

I wasn't even aware that I was causing trouble until I sobered up. And even then, I would call what I had posted more as being creative than offensive.

How are the mods to determine if a user is drunk on an anonymous internet bulletin board?

When you say, "I wasn't even aware that I was causing trouble until I sobered up. And even then, I would call what I had posted more as being creative than offensive." Is this an attempt to get the mods to create an exception to the rules based on your perception of yourself?

If such an exception was created, how long do you think it would take before everyone who got an infraction wanted to have their own personal exception too?
