May I ask the moderators why Toby was banned?

I wasn't around when it happened, but from what I can put together it's for his constant creation of improper threads, despite several warnings.
Mostly threads that resemble spam and open us up to copyright problems (I've warned him personally on those before) and airing grievences against other posters in public.
