Is this site owned by the government (CIA or something)? The "phantom owner" who dictates rules and then leaves it to the moderators to explain the unexplainable strikes me as so elitist that it makes me think so. I mean, who would start a political site and never directly speak on it? That's just too weird. Who is this elusive "owner"?

I don't know that she/he doesn't work for the gov't, but I do know she/he has posted. I've seen some posts from 'em.

It's been a while, but I've seen 'em.

Heck, sometime in the last two weeks I even saw that Political Forum themselves were actually logged in! (is true!!)

Regardless...that's how it is. Private property = dictatorial control. Live with it. There are a lot of things even the moderators would like to change, but we can't.

No, no psychic powers, just the recognition of a trend. Sue makes it a point to hound me specifically with the message of tyranny in several threads. I just submitted a message on another part of politicalforum.com in which I used the expression "let the public be (*)(*)(*)(*)ed".

Guess what! The word "(*)(*)(*)(*)ed" was censored. I don't know if the word is on a list that the forum's server automatically censors or if the word was censored on the scruples of a live person, but it is a perfectly good English word with many meanings: to (*)(*)(*)(*) is to blame, condemn, surprise and so forth. It also has a religious meaning in the Christian world: to condemn to Hell. Was the word placeed on the list out of some inappropriate sense of Christian piety? Whatever the reason, it is nonsense to keep it from the tender eyes of forum readers. It should be restored to full propriety, as good a word as "bless".
