Those are genetic defects, malfunctions, homosexuality has no biological purpose and nature does not purposely produce things without a function.

I mean some people seem to enjoy sex with dead bodies, animals, children, and whatever. Those are obviously all genetic malfunctions, something went wrong with the sexual orientation in such cases.

But even if homosexuality doesn't have a purpose, it doesn't follow that homosexuals should be discriminated against. That said, there are plenty of theories as to what the function of homosexuality might be: http://www.talkorigins.org/indexcc/CB/CB403.html Note the last one in particular: families with a history of homosexuality tend to be more fertile.

Because I accept the premise that homosexuals did not choose to be homosexual (just like I know full well I never chose to be heterosexual), that makes homosexuality totally natural. Nature made them that way for whatever reason. And no, I don't care what the reason is.
