The Book of Revelatios is the last book of the "New Testament".

It is refered to as the last testimony of Jesus.

Verse 22:15 calls Homos sexuals "dogs", and says that they will Not enter Heaven.

So how is my quoting this scripture sophistry or prevarication?

Yes.

It is referred to as the apocalypse of John. Jesus did not teach in it. It is an account by John of a vision he had rather than a direct retelling of Jesus' sermons.

No it didn't. It simply referred to dogs. Even by the most pointed interpretation of the word "dogs", this referred to prosititutes, and even if one limited the meaning to male prostitutes, the inference relates to selling one's sexual favors, which is a different matter than homosexuality.

It has nothing to do with what Jesus actually taught, which was the original premise of my original statement.

The Book of Revelations is John of Patmos repeting what Jesus showed and taught him.

Just like Jesus did in the Gospels. Where Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John repeted what Jesus showed and taught them.

So what's the difference?

It refers to male homosexual prositutes.

Let me answer that. There is no doubt by pushing Gay marriage gays force heterosexual people accept their lifestyle. Even worse in California state had accepted homosexual (gender-neutral) version of marriage forcing heterosexual people give up thier rights. One of the fundamental and natural right for man is to be a husband and woman to be a wife while married.
More to that state had stopped a recognition a natural civil right for heterosexual couple to concieve and procreate while married.
It is horrible, it even worse than any totalitarian regime.

It is called toleration.
