My justifications are what have been successful in courts of law all across the country. I have no doubt these justifications are deemed insufficient among frustrated homosexual men.

And they will be under review for as long as they remain UNJUST. Also, your interpretation of such as you present it, is hardly definitive. I'm not lawyer, but I intuitively know your positions/opinions can be challenged readily. You aren't the only "expert" I've heard on the matters at hand.

????? Im right here, I havent abandoned my procreation argument. And the ban on interracial marriage was also successful in courts as well because you had judges, not applying constitutional law but instead proclaiming-
"Almighty God created the races white, black, yellow, malay and red, and he placed them on separate continents. And, but for the interference with his arrangement, there would be no cause for such marriage. The fact that he separated the races shows that he did not intend for the races to mix."

Marriage isnt limited to heterosexuals, in order to exclude the homosexuals. It is so limited to INCLUDE those with a potential of procreation.

Homosexuality is a sickness. It is a disturbing mental disorder. I will tell you why I know this to be true. I am from Sutter County, California a place I now refer as CITY OF DEATH ( I think it has a homosexual demon hovering in this town and surrounding areas)because of the homosexual community and their hatred of anyone who opposes them. What I have learned from this community is this THEY LIE, THEY STEAL, THEY CHEAT, THEY KILL, THEY LIE. Let me tell you why I say that and what happens in this area: Lets talk about a famous murder there known as the JUAN CORONA murders. Here is the blog http://crime.about.com/od/serial/p/corona.htm The crimes by homosexuals in this area of N. California are astronomical in comparison to the average. I lived only a few miles from this area. Juan was a farm worker manager, he hired and delegated work to the average migrant, poor, homeless and sometimes illegal aliens. He would rape them and butcher their bodies and bury them. He raped and murdered at least 25 victims. He lied to them, he stole and cheated them out of their pay checks,he killed them,he lied about it all. Now by itself its just a serial murderer right? Wrong I witnessed several years later a murder of a young 17 yo boy at Lomo Crossing. He was just your average 17 yo looking to make a life for himself, Im sure. He hopped a Southern Pacific North bound train and there ran into Mr. Frye and his friends. Mr. Frye attempted to rape him, he fought back, and I think this boy was a hero. He was a hero in every since of the word. He was pushed by Mr. Frye out the boxcar train and I watched as I drove by as he flew out the train. I witnessed the murder, and later read in the Appeal Democrat Newspaper, as Yuba City, just a half mile from JUAN CORONAS area! Just under half a mile from the same area as Juan raped and killed 25 men,here this young boy was killed as well. Years a part and yet connectected by two common threats, same mo and same area. Mr. Frye lied and said he didnt try to rape the boy but two witnesses on board testified he was attempting to rape, He Lied, he not only killed the boy he beat up one of the witnesses attempting to silence them. I am a strong advocate for Jesus Christ and against the sin of homosexuality and its sickness. I spoke out before and after witnessing this murder and then they attacked me! Two professors at Yuba College attacked me to silence and shut me up. Tim and Paul, they know who they are! So I say homosexuality is a serious sickness and YOUR NOT BORN with this sickness! They need help! You can verify the above stories, and there are others, by googling Juan Corona and the murder I witnessed can be read in the Appeal Democrat Feb. 7th 1980 edition covered up with a titled MAN FALLS FROM TRAIN. He fell alright after Mr. Frye couldnt get some sex from him and pushed him. THEY KILL! THEY LIE! We must do all we can to not drink the poisonous delusion they are selling!!!!!

No. Hate-filled posts posts of the type I've quoted an excerpt from above, REFLECT sickness, a disturbing kind of neurosis which has surely disordered many (especially today) who would author them.
Staunchly anti-gay people, are practically out of their minds. More and more people are realizing that.
