If the new "proclamation" restricts people's right to protest, then yes, it is a bad thing, but otherwise, I don't see a problem with this.

The article didn't really explain whats going on here with this "hate free zone" stuff. So nobody can protest anything they disagree with because the opposing side will think they are being hated??

The prosecutor already dropped the false charges of battery. It is now public nuisance, and the trial hasn't even occured yet. You don't get charged with public nuisance if there was any physical contact made. The reason the charges were dropped was due to the only true evidence, our video tape of the event.

So, Robert O'connor, you plea bargained for a better deal and the trial of you being a PUBLIC NUISANCE goes on. Isn't plea bargaining what every run of the mill common criminal does? Don't forget you're court trial on the 25th of February 2005 in El Dorado Court Dept. 2.

A plea bargain takes place at the pre-trial, not before it. There has been no plea bargain. The prosecutor can drop charges as he likes. The evidence showed no battery, so he is now charged with alleged public nuisance. Yes, we will be there on the 25th, hope to see you there! There was no plea bargain that took place.

Looks like the morons of gaymarriageno were thrown out of their little town. Not being allowed in the Independence parade in Garden Valley the gaymarriageno morons were seen leaving town with there tails between their legs.
