Who does a gay marriage hurt?

The children? Does being gay prevent a person from being a caring and responsible parent? No. Or worse, it might make the child gay? Aren't there worse things in life?

The community? Why should anyone else care what people do with there love life as long as it isn't harmful to anyone else?

The country? Unless Jerry Falwell is right and gay people did cause september eleventh, then how is gay marriage detrimental to the country as a whole?

What in the lives of heterosexuals would change? Martin and I would still be living in our house, with our kid, driving our cars, doing our jobs, we'd have one more piece of paper in our filing cabinet. Do they think we will cease to exist if they persist in not allowing us to legally marry? Since the Lawrence decision, they can no longer lock us up in jail for it. Straight people don't have to look in my filing cabinet, and I'd prefer they didn't.

I really hate liver and onions. I can't stand the smell of it cooking, and the idea of people eating it, makes me sick. So you know what? I don't have any. I have a nice cheeseburger instead.

If you don't like gay marriage, don't have one, eat your cheeseburger and shut the hell up.

I see no reason to not allow gays to marry. People need to start accepting people for who they are, and give them the same rights.

I say we strip the churches (for whatever religion) of any LEGAL marriage rights. They can hold their ceremonies in order to bless the couple, it's up to them if the they want to do this however. We cannot force change in religions by law, either the churches change themself or not at all. I am sure that evan gay couples can find some churches willing to wed them. I even saw an gay priest on the television a few days ago, and yes he lives with his boyfriend just as any married couple would do.

The legally binding marriage however should be solely in the registration of the couple with the authorities. This registration should be available for all couples regardless of gender combination, the couples gender combination should just not be a an issue. I don't evan see a reason for them to be pairs, Islam allow for four wifes for instance. I remember an Swedish aid worker that brought two wifes with him when he returned after working in Africa for several years. He divorced both of them rather then just one as the law required him to do. The three of them however continued to live together. People should not be forced to dodge the law with trickery like that.

Lets get a clue people. Being gay is perverted. Who does it hurt? Society. Namely, perverting society as a whole from adults to children to sending the wrong message. Remember, unless raped you choose every sex partner you ever had. Thus being a homosexual is a choice. No getting around it. And it hurts society to pervert society. Thus now you know if you didn't know.

Some people persive that "society" are hurt but I see no damage. Hey, I got it maybe I shall start to percive myself as being hurt by everyone that doesn't send me a $100 bill.
