Dedicated to the restoration of the founders' intent for the United States Supreme Court to be an apolitical advocate for reasoned intrepretation of law. I support the Rehnquist concept that "believes the Court is better able to play the role of a neutral arbiter and legal interpreter in the context of disputes over the structural features of the Constitution". That reference of "neutral arbiter and legal interpreter" being key.
