Not at all. But most people don't care about the Constitution.

As long as it is exists, we might as well follow it. But I think it needs to be rewritten. It is too inept to have stopped the growth of government.

None. The Constitution is that which derives all laws down on the state, and up to the government.

You asked if states could reinstate slavery in their particular state. That would never be possible because it be brought to the SCOTUS and knocked down instantly.

I do not care what most people think of it. Most people do not understand it.

I do not think it needs to be rewritten.

Because it is a living document, it does need to be updated. If it were to be rewritten, a lot of the intent would be lost.

That would be bad.

Well isn't that a problem in a country where the Constitution is the Law of the Land?

Well, then update it so the growth of government can be drastically reduced.

The Constitution is only a piece of paper after all.

BB. Do you deny what the Constitution proclaimed that all men are created equal?

If not then I expect that you will never refer to the Constitution again. If so then I expect you to treat all men as equals.

Either way I win.
