Who is going to lay charges against the officer for being such a tool, leaving a loaded gun alone with two little kids? I don't feel sorry for him. I feel sorry for
the child who died. The officer put the gun in those kids hands, he is responsible for the death of the girl, and should be charged
accordingly.

I had felt as if I had judged you to quickly. That maybe I should apologize for maybe I was diminishing the needless deaths for my own views. Then you post a sad horrible tragedy. What do you say how do you show sympathy.

Who was a public servant who risk his life daily in this as you say barbaric country to protect and serve. Someone who will live with the loss of his child forever. They should charge him you say what could they do to him worse than what happened. You are pathetic and feeble minded. Did you even think before you posted that even if they took all the other guns away law enforcement would still have them. You have done more to discredit yourself and your motivations than anyone else could have hoped. Your fellow liberals will be just as horrified at your choice of words. Your country is right in your case you shouldn't be allowed a keyboard much less a weapon. I pity you.

Woman kills intruder breaking into her home.

A woman called 911 Saturday to report a man breaking into her home on Chapel Grove Road.
Investigators say it appears 28 year old Keith Cox
Was a stranger. He died at the scene.

People do a lot of very stupid things that result in the deaths of their children. It is certainly sad and inexcusable but it happens so often that we become numb to it sometimes and we shouldn't.

You showed no pity for the other child, the mother,the grandparents or the friends of the child. You refered to it as a good one. There is nothing you could do to the father worse than what happened. It was a horrific accident if a father reached for his cell phone while driving and had a wreak would you judge him as harsh. If you hate guns that is your right and choice. Yet to not show remorse for the living victims. Suggest a serious flaw in your reasoning. If you don't pity the father is one thing to only feel sorry for the dead is irrational. It moves me to tears to hear about this in incident. Your choice of words were horrific. I have children that I love there is nothing a parent can feel that hurts like the death of a child. The fact his actions caused it I don't think I could go on living myself. This was on topic so I will not post a event.

Yet another person who shouldn't own a firearm has had to suffer the loss of their three year old son, who shot himself in the head. Dad put the laded gun under the front seat and the kid crawled over and got it:

The accidental shooting in Tacoma marks the third in three weeks in Washington involving young children, and the second death. The spate of gun violence is raising questions about the effectiveness of the state's gun laws and community awareness of firearm safety.

Tacoma police Officer Naveed Benjamin said the 3-year-old boy's death highlights the need for people to secure guns.

"It is incredible in light of the other ones," Benjamin said. "You would think people would take more care, not less."

Tacoma police said the boy's death came after his father put his pistol under a seat and got out to pump gas while the mother went inside the convenience store. The boy's infant sister, who also was in the car when the gun went off, was not injured.

Gee. Three year olds are naturally curious, aren't they? Why didn't dad take the gun with him? Or better yet, unload it? I hope he gets charged.

A young Littleton girl remains in serious condition following an accident in her driveway.
Police say Monday just before 6 o'clock, the 10-year-old's mother hit her while backing out of the family's driveway on Matawanakee Trail.

Dallas police say an Oak Cliff mother who accidentally ran over her 4-year-old son this morning is not facing charges.

On Saturday at about 10am, the Martinez Police received a 911 call regarding a vehicle collision in the 200 block of Vista Way involving a child. The caller identified herself as the child’s mother and stated she had run her child over.

Ayuh,.... I'd say there's atleast 10 Times as many kids, Killed by their parents with Automobiles....
