For me it's hard to come up with a list off the top of my head, but for starters:

A Shiloh Sharps 45-120. But hey, if we're dreaming, I'd go for an original Sharps 45-70 and a Colt Walker to boot - what are we talking for the pair, 25 grand +/- ?

Not that I'd shoot it more than once or twice, but I'd like Santa to bring me a Barrett M95. A Luger P08 Artillery would be nice too. And while we're at it, how 'bout...
