Oh I only ask because the BT HPs that Wolfe makes uses a lacquor finished steel casing because it is cheaper, but this will ruin your chamber. They are cheap reliably loaded rounds, but they do a number on the gun.

Now again, nice wife, and nice gun!
Well I thank ya fer it Sir. But by my definition, that makes me an idiot. Which is good (kind of), cause you can dammed well bet that I won't make the same mistake twice.

Sometimes being an idiot is good, it makes ya learn.

I still can't figure out whats wrong with this dang computer, I think I am going to have to buy a new one.

Anyway, sorry I missed your intro thread. So welcome aboard, and there are a few firearms related threads on here that could use another knowledgeable shooter.

But I still dont classify you as an expert.

Disclamer: By my definition, an expert is someone that has learned everything that is to be learned in a given field.

With regards to firearms, ballistics (internal external and terminal), safety, and techniques, you can never stop learning. We are all just students in the art.

So there are no experts.

All I can say is, you must have a lot of disposable income.... I've never been able to justify spending serious cash on a weapons collection.

I've reduced it from over 300 to about 40 keepers. Guns are like a savings account you can also use to kill people when they break in your house.

There is nothing wrong with spending money on weapons. It just takes time.

I started collecting when I was 18, I recently finished my U.S. collection, and have since started on my Russian collection.

I do not make much, you just have to know where to look.

One thing JLB, I would seriously suggest leaning into your shot. That leaning back thing just dont work. Try out the isosceles, it will not fail you.

All you did was post a gun you used to have. That doesn't make you an idiot. You are bright enough to have married a hotty, and bought a Kimber CDP, and vote conservative, so you must have pretty good sense.

Happy to oblige, but I'm here to make Liberals wish they were never born.

I beg to differ.

American Heritage Dictionary ex·pert (ěk'spűrt') Pronunciation Key
n.
A person with a high degree of skill in or knowledge of a certain subject.

I think that I meet that criteria on several subjects, firearms being one of them. Economics, military history, and politics are other areas where I am strong. Just wait and see...

I've hit my limit of 8. I can't buy anymore until I buy the wife one for CC, but she hasn't made up her mind on what she wants.
