The first thing a totalitarian government does is register guns, so when they decide to take away the rest of your freedoms, they know right where to go first.

A "right" does not require leniency to exist. It exists on it's own, and a government can choose to violate that right, as most socialist countries do, or get out of the way.

Btw, why would a "school shooter" say he was defending himself when he attacked unarmed people?

If the rule became "only collectors can buy multiple handguns", no doubt everyone would become a "collector", regardless of their intentions.

I love guns....but what Obama said was 100% true.

If I were him I wouldn't have apologized for it because all he did was speak the truth.
