Default ATF's new motto at work

On Oct 26th, 2007 BATFE submitted a request to spend 37,460.00 of our tax dollars engraving 2000 Leatherman's to give to outstanding field agents

What was engraved? ATF-Asset Forfeiture "always think forfeiture"

With "Always Think Forfeiture" in mind, I introduce Cavalry Arms , a small firearms manufacture in Gilbert AZ. Our story begins early this year when Cavalry Arms made this I thought it was kind of corny, but still cute.

But it seemed to offend some folks at the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR)

So, on Feb 27, 2008 ATF kicked in the doors of Cavalry Arms and proceeded to tag and bag over 1000 firearms with the help of a private contractor called Forfeiture Support Associates.

The ATF agent in the video "alleged" firearms violations. Shawn, Cav Arms owner, stated the search warrant read "Firearms Violations: Seize Everything." and thats what ATF did. Keep in mind, not all of those seized weapons belonged to Cav Arms, many were customers guns in for repair

Well, I have learned from some friends in the industry that ATF has now moved to the Asset Forfeiture stage against Cav Arm's and is looking to sell off everything they took.

Right about now some here may be saying, great, guns are evil. Here's the kicker.

NO ONE AT CAV ARM'S HAS BEEN CHARGED WITH A CRIME!!!

NO ONE AT CAV ARM'S WAS ARRESTED!!!

NO ALLEGED VIOLATIONS HAVE BEEN BROUGHT AGAINST THE CORPORATION!!

CAV ARM'S DID NOT LOOSE THEIR FFL LICENSE!!!

CAV ARM'S IS STILL IN BUSINESS, TODAY

The motto of ATF is "Always Think Forfeiture".

We know the DEA "Always Thinks Forfeiture" and is even willing to kill innocent people to get what they want.

Our States have begun seizing vehicles for just about any petty minor crime they think they can get away with!!

It's time to wake up people. This government, our government looks at us as nothing more than a tap from which to draw water from the well, and if the can't find a legitimate reason - they'll make one up

I think it's horrible, but all my sympathy went into forgiving them for that commercial.

I'm sure these guys deserved it. After all, the Bush Administration would never do anything illegal. Bush invaded Iraq to protect us from terrorists and he invaded this evil gun company because they're probably terrorists too.

The Bush Administration and the Republican party are for preserving our right to bear arms.

National Firearms Act 1934 - Franklin D. Roosevelt a Democrat.

Gun Control Act 1968 - Lyndon B. Johnson a Democrat.

Firearms Owners' Protection Act 1986 - Ronald Reagan a Republican.

Brady Handgun Violence Prevention Act 1994 - Bill Clinton a Democrat.

Violent Crime Control and Law Enforcement Act(Assault Weapons Ban) - Bill Clinton a Democrat.

Democrats have a long history of promoting gun control. Republicans don't. The Bush administration is a firm defender of gun rights.
