Default Hillary's "Assault Weapon" Ban.

This is not exactly new news or anything. I just want to hear why, why on God's green Earth is this even an option?

It did nothing in the 90s. Why would it do anything now?

It does not make any sense. None of the bans in the U.S. have ever reduced crime. When is the left going to realize this?

4. Sport of choice for Coast Guardsmen: tennis.
5. Sport of choice for Airmen: golf.
Notice how the farther down the list you go, the smaller their balls get.

if they havent realized it by now, theyre never going to realize it.. i think they just do it for attention. they know it never solves anything. if someone really wants a gun or assult rifle, the can get it. when i was 17, my friend got an ak47 with 120 rounds for $500. it took him about 2 weeks to find one.

It is pretty stupid. That and the fact that rifles only account for like 2% of the weapons used in crimes.

More than four times more people are killed with knives than rifles. Are they going to ban knives too?

Stupid, stupid, stupid.

Well, I'm not anti gun (and it's fair to say i'm no fan of hillderbeast), but personally I think assault rifles should be kept at the range mate, there's no need to have them at home. If you're competent enough with guns to use an assault rifle (ideally), then you're competent enough to protect yourself with a handgun, shotgun or rifle. (or if you're a little old lady a grenade)

Rifles (such as the Bushmaster in 5.56) are far superior to pistols for home defense. And in a stressful situation, they allow for a much higher hit probibility.

Once again, we need to focus on the criminals and less on the honest man.

There shouldn't be restrictions on what people want to use for self-defense.

Well, I never thought I would say this. But for the first time, I agree with something you said.

then why limit them?

I agree mate, I have only 2 concerns with guns, otherwise, whatever floats peoples boats is good with me.

1. That a gun you use at home isn't so ridiculous that when you shoot a criminal with it, it goes through them, through the wall, through the neighbors wall and into the neighbor.

2. That some people are f**king liabilities and shouldn't be allowed to have an air rifle let alone a assault rifle.

I'm not the best shot in the world, but I'm good enough to hit what I'm aiming at. And I have excellent gun safety awareness (I make sure they're cleaned properly, and know whether they're loaded or not, and keep them in a safe place), lots of people don't.
