You forgot the holes in their dead bloody bodies. I really liked the cartoon.

Well I'm sure the terrorist would have had guns too. The plane would have probably just crashed (not into a building tho)

I'm not an expert, but I would imagine a few assault rifles could cause some serious damage fast.

It takes a lot to hurt a plane that large. The bad guys would be dead before the plane were damaged so badly that it could not land.

LOL

Wouldn't work in the US. Each state has different CCWs and different laws, you would basically need to guess which state you are flying over and comply with their law.

Terrorists could probably arrest the people for violating the NYC handgun ban.

True, but I'd rather die on my own terms. Going out making sure some scumbags didn't get to complete thier stupid little terrorist plot.

Also the cartoon's just an example, a few pistol rounds isn't going to cause enough decompressure to bring the whole plane down. And a few shots is all they need to kill the terrorists.

Besides, a gun serves as a deterent, most people get really cooperative when a gun is pointed at their face. Ofcourse terrorists are so bat(*)(*)(*)(*) crazy they probably wouldn't care..

The best way to solve a terrorist attack on a plane would probably be melee combat. Sneaking up behind them and cracking their neck, or gutting them like a fish.
