well, there's two concepts here.

One is, when your psychology creates a "problem for you".

The other is, when your psychology creates a "problem for others".

The first one, is the patient coming to the doctor for "help".

The second one, is a politician sending the patient to the doctor for "correction".

Those are two very different concepts, yes?

Right, but I believe he's primarily talking about psychiatrists - not psychologists. The psychiatrists would be a greater threat when treated is mandated by government because they like to medicate you.
