I'm not worried, Obama promised not to sign any bill that wasn't revenue neutral. If it turns out in 2012 that it's not, I'm sure it will become a huge campaign issue along with the failed stimulus and the failed foreclosure fix.

So did Reagan. So did Bush. Who inherited a surplus. Obama inherited a government that had had to borrow $1.4 trillion the year before he took office.
