Fallacious allegation not based on veracity as the states have only received approximately 15 percent of the entire American Recovery And Reinvestment Act "stimulus" Tax cuts on borrowed money further drives up the interest payment on The National Debt. The interest payment on The National Debt alone is one of our government's most colossal liabilities.
