The absolute funniest moment in presidential history was when President Bush lied to Congress, an impeachable offense, and set us in motion for aggression never seen since the Vietnam War. Funny stuff, man.

Besides, how is Clinton getting his dick sucked funny? He's probably gotten more sex than either of us, so how's that funny?
